Qualifications

• Minimum Class 5 Power Engineering certification ABSA Certified or higher required.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver's abstract required.
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and Fit-to-Work Test.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspections and predictive maintenance.
• Fix plumbing issues and maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct electrical repairs and general handyman tasks.

Familiar with Federal and Alberta Building Codes

Customer oriented with positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance

Previous exposure to automated systems
