What You\'ll Do

No two days are the same. You\'ll be the go-to problem solver, tackling everything from:



  • Small repairs, light carpentry, and general upkeep

  • Landscaping and seasonal prep (keeping properties safe and welcoming year-round)

  • Preventative maintenance to keep little issues from becoming big ones

  • Supporting our Facilities Manager with special projects across offices, residences, and commercial spaces



Requirements

What We Require



  • A valid Driver\'s Abstract in good standing

  • Successful completion of a full background screening, including:

  • Criminal Record Check

  • References and credential verification

  • Enhanced Reliability or Confidential Security Clearance
