Job description
Duties Include:
  • Lead and oversee a team of cleaning and maintenance staff by assigning tasks, setting efficient work schedules, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to assess service needs, provide cost estimates, and tailor service plans based on site-specific requirements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff members, ensuring they are familiar with safety practices, operational standards, and job expectations.
  • Monitor and inspect worksites to confirm compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards before initiating any service tasks.
  • Oversee and participate in specialized services including window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, high dusting, seasonal installations (e.g., Christmas lights), and snow removal.
  • Utilize appropriate ladder systems and access tools to perform detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas both inside and outside of buildings.
  • Maintain open communication with clients by reporting any safety concerns or maintenance issues, such as damaged gutters or roof tiles, and suggesting follow-up services when needed.
  • Contribute to administrative functions such as estimating project costs, tracking expenses, coordinating with other departments, and handling payments for specialized work as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working at heights
  • Experience using excel and working with a CRM.
  • Customer service experience, and experience operating heavy machinery is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide training and guidance.
  • Reliable, hardworking with a focus on upholding company quality standards.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to problem solve and adapt as needed
  • Strong Manual Dexterity and agility is a must.
  • Strong ability to kneel, reach, climb and balance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
Additional information:

Wage: starting at $36.60/hour

Permanent, full-time position.

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days per week
