Qualifications

• 2+ years of telecom design experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct surveying teams and work with survey data.
• Develop and validate base maps.
• Create electrical drawings using AutoCAD/Microstation software.
• Perform pole loading analysis using SPIDAcalc.
• Revise and modify existing drawings based on team feedback.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and conform to industry standards.
• Collaborate to ensure designs are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
