A leading infrastructure company in Winnipeg seeks a talented Designer/Drafter to join their team. In this role, you will create innovative solutions for various bridge projects across Canada. A successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in structural and bridge drafting, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers. The role offers a dynamic work environment focused on growth and collaboration. You will apply advanced CAD techniques and may serve as a Lead Designer on projects.

Parsons continues growing in Western Canada and we are looking for talented civil, bridge, and transportation engineers and technicians to join our core infrastructure team in Manitoba and help us drive this growth. Our Winnipeg office has an opportunity for DESIGNER/DRAFTER to join our mobility solution team servicing our projects and clients in Manitoba. In this role you will work on creating innovative, practical solutions to various bridge projects and structures in Manitoba, and across Canada.
We need our Designers at this level to have a successful track record in bridge and structural projects, preferably in Manitoba, with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset. In this role you will apply more advanced CAD techniques, and develop difficult complex structural and bridge layouts and design drawings utilizing either 2D or 3D CAD software to meet company and industry standards and codes. You are expected to work independently and complete the most demanding design assignments. You may also serve as a Lead Designer on a small to medium-sized projects.
