About the Role

Clutch is looking for a Brand Marketing Project Coordinator to join the Marketing team and help turn Clutch into a household name.


You will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales.



What you’ll do


  • Champion the Brand: Help protect and grow the brand by ensuring teams follow brand guidelines and raising flags when they do not. Support brand audits to keep everything on track.

  • Support Campaign Execution: Play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life by ensuring final assets are delivered on time and timelines are met.

  • Build and Manage Vendor Partnerships: Maintain relationships with marketing vendors; seek new partners and negotiate for best value.

  • Keep Us Organized: Maintain marketing files, ensure projects and assets are documented, easy to find, and up to date.

  • Own and Consolidate Budgets and Invoices: Manage marketing invoices and track budgets and timelines to run projects efficiently.

  • Coordinate Merchandise Orders: Work with teams to create a simple process for ordering merchandise from request to delivery.

  • Competitive Tracking: Track competitors and unique marketing campaigns and share insights with the team.



You’ll be great in this role if


  • You have 1-3 years of experience at a startup, agency, or brand.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory).

  • You are comfortable navigating fast-paced, changing environments.

  • You are a self-starter and motivated to take ownership without being asked.

  • You are eager to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the brand succeed.
