Key responsibilities of Brand Associate Includes:
  • Build and nurture relationships with fellow colleagues, while building and leading a team.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objections.
  • Do in-person sales and meet the daily set targets.
  • Responsibly managing and coordinating the entire sales cycle from initial sales appointments to ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Undergo full customer care training to become product experts and learn the in-depth promotional techniques to accommodate client needs.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the customer's unique business needs, goals, and challenges and facilitating solutions.
Our Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 18 years old or older.
  • Able to work full‑time hours (Monday - Friday).
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
