The role
  • Welcome guests, resolve general inquiries, and schedule test drives
  • Quality lead capture in CRM (Salesforce) for customer interactions and outreach
  • Assess customers to understand budget, preferences, and timeline
  • Listen to customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles and collect required information
  • Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists
  • Direct guests to the most appropriate point of contact
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
  • Explain features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate customer consideration
  • Provide backend operational support to ensure order paperwork and status clarity
  • Facilities management: replenish food and beverage from existing inventory and report maintenance requests
  • Support Studio Manager in Retail Ops playbook execution (e.g., opening/closing checklists)
  • Ensure test drive and showcase vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging)
  • Assist with daily operations as needed
You bring
  • Exceptional people skills and strong communication
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey for guests entering the Studio
  • Experience in customer-facing industries (food service, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Patience and professionalism
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment
  • Passion for the EV industry and building the Lucid brand
  • Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry highly preferred
  • 18 years old minimum
  • Authorized to work in Canada (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce highly preferred
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Background check including criminal records may be a condition of employment where permitted by law
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid Training on hire
  • Ability to obtain appropriate provincial driver’s license where applicable

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is location-specific and reflects factors including job-related knowledge, experience, education, certifications, and other business considerations.

Additional compensation and benefits: Lucid offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Eligibility for equity and/or discretionary annual incentive programs may apply, subject to program rules and individual/company performance.
