We are seeking a Leader, PI Customer Experience, to join BrokerLink at our Cochrane Branch on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

What the Role Entails:

  1. Build and lead a highly engaged team
  2. Drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experience
  3. Collaborate with management and peers to develop and implement business strategies
  4. Leverage team talents to execute plans through regional collaboration
  5. Drive marketing initiatives to increase growth and brand awareness
  6. Manage recruitment and staffing of your team
  7. Coach and develop team members, conduct regular one-on-ones, and manage succession planning
  8. Develop and execute Engagement Action Plans to motivate staff and align with company objectives
  9. Ensure service quality standards are met
  10. Enhance customer experience through tools and programs
  11. Resolve service and sales issues and follow up on escalated customer concerns
  12. Maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners
  13. Assist in preparing and monitoring branch operational and expense budgets

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Equivalent skills and experience; apply if applicable
  • AIC - General Level 2 or equivalent
  • Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations
  • Proven ability to lead engaged teams across multiple locations
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment
  • Customer-focused mindset (internal and external)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player and collaborator
  • College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop optimal solutions
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
