Job description
Branch Ambassador (Permanent, Part-time)

Location: Kingston, ON

Hours: 16-24 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $19.76 - $23.24 per hour, plus applicable benefits

Position Description

As a Branch Ambassador, you will:

  1. Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellence.
  2. Assist members and non-members in person, electronically, or by telephone.
  3. Direct members to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice that will enhance their financial well-being.
  4. Support members with routine transactions.
  5. Educate members about our new branch design and new way of doing their banking.
  6. Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel.

Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  2. Excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills.
  3. Customer service or banking experience would be an asset.
