What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and make sound hiring recommendations
- Engage in recruitment marketing to promote job opportunities and increase candidate awareness
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the employer's brand and maintaining strong candidate relations
- Update recruitment databases to ensure accurate metrics and compliance with legislative requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, with a mix of agency and corporate experience being an asset
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing and recruiting methods for candidates
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
