We are currently looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team here at our Moncton office, who will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative and recruitment support to a Senior Consultant. Your contribution goes beyond routine tasks – you’ll be a crucial part of ensuring the success of various projects.

We’re in search of an individual who not only possesses strong communication skills but also demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and a great eye for detail. Your knack for efficient time management, coupled with a keen sense of urgency, will be instrumental in meeting crucial deadlines. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Documentation management including but not limited to fee agreements, proposals, job descriptions, job postings, social media content, references, offer letters, etc.
  • Initiate jobs in our applicant tracking system including managing all supporting documentation provided by the client to the project
  • Create job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media, career sites)
  • Screen incoming applicants for fit and alignment with job requirements
  • Research and identify candidates prospective candidates along with the Senior Consultant
  • Update and manage candidate workflows through our applicant tracking system promptly to accurately reflect the stage of the recruitment process
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules
  • Conduit between candidate and our background check provider for criminal, education, and other checks
  • Collaborating with our internal team to improve systems, tools, and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism is required for this role (French and English)
  • A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, human resources, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Have experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role
  • Strong organization and time management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person
  • Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite applications
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using new systems
  • A natural curiosity for people and business
  • Ability to learn new systems (we use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools)
