Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Previous knowledge of CETS application and PES process standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage daily regional equipment move schedules.
  • Partner with customer and field technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Conduct 72-hour confirmation calls to confirm pending installs.
  • Maintain historical service records on CETS.
  • Support sales inquiries relating to equipment.
