What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
  • Execute essential administrative tasks critical for patient progression through the program
  • Ensure data integrity and act as a liaison between team members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Organize work schedules to accommodate multiple time zones and cover various shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM system is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with faxing software such as MyFax or Right Fax
  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
