Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 7‑month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Ottawa office. Location: Ottawa, Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Addressing client phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Applying problem‑solving skills and discretion to meet customer needs.
  • Supporting center operations by following goals, policies, and procedures.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Completion of a CSC course.
  • Cantonese, Mandarin, or French speaking.
