Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Extremely fluent in French and English for both written and oral communication.
• 8+ years of professional experience is essential.
• Experience in people management or mentoring is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Receivable team members.
• Manage all Accounts Receivable processes including collections and credit management.
• Evaluate and approve customer credit applications.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
