A leading intervention service provider in Calgary is seeking a Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to implement programs designed by clinical teams. You will work closely within an interdisciplinary team to support clients with skill acquisition and address maladaptive behaviors in a dynamic, community-based environment. The ideal candidate has experience working with children with complex needs and must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This part-time role offers flexible work hours and competitive compensation.
As a Behaviour Interventionist (BI) at Monarch House, your primary responsibility is implementing programs designed and supervised by a senior clinical team (including speech pathologists, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts® BCBA, occupational therapists, and physical therapists) for clients receiving Monarch House services. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support skill acquisition and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors while providing an engaging and positive client experience in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
Please note: We do not offer LMIA or independent contractor setup.
Work setup: Community-based in Central Calgary. Part-time.
Headcount: 1
Salary: starting at $23.50 - 25 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM
