Role Description

This is a contract role for a Behavioral Therapist located on-site in Bolton, ON. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions. The role involves working closely with children and adolescents to address developmental and behavioral concerns. The therapist will collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications

  • Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience working with children
  • Background in Psychology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Relevant certification or credential in behavior analysis is a plus
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
