Job description

Our client is an established construction company

They wish to appoint BCaR Manager to manage projects in west of Ireland

Reporting to respective Contracts Manager & Group Quality Director your duties will include:

  • Ensure that all projects meet the highest technical and quality standards
  • Attend Client, Design, Site, Local Authority meetings
  • Oversee compliance with BCAR
  • Site inspections with documented reporting on various projects
  • Carry out site inspections in accordance with the Preliminary Inspection Plan during on-site construction, photographic recordings, materials quality and standard, building materials testing and certificate verification
  • Ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure Preliminary Inspections Plan (PIP) is maintained and up to date
  • Identify, record, and report construction defects to the Design Team, Construction Team & Assigned Certifier in a timely manner.
  • Compliance at all times with Health and Safety regulations and awareness of on- site safety.
  • Manage the Quality function, implement & help develop QMP & QMS
Requirements

5+ yrs experience in construction

Drivers licence

Salary to €65K with car/allowance, pension, health insurance, annual bonus etc
