Summary

We are a popular local sports bar / restaurant looking to hire an outgoing, personable candidate that can provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate would be available year-round and works well both independently and as an asset to our team.

5 years minimum bartending / serving experience and Smart Serve certified required.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts with full weekend availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must also be available Mondays nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and customer needs.
