Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Banquet Sous Chef who shares our passion for cooking for events and is willing to learn from and contribute to our culinary team. Our Banquet Sous Chef will be a key leader of a dynamic culinary team providing memorable culinary experiences to our guests. This position reports to the Banquet Chef.
The Banquet Sous Chef will support the Banquet Chef in the day-to-day operation of the Banquet and Hotel Kitchen. Including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance and supervising all Kitchen personal to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and are passionate to develop their management skills within the hotel industry, have creativity and flair and the ability to provide guidance to others and are able to demonstrate good business acumen and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any task.
