Qualifications

• Safe Food Handling certification required.
• Smart Serve certificate preferred.
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with the Chefs on food delivery and presentation.
• Prepare coffee breaks and stations with food and beverages.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in banquet service areas.
• Clean function area(s) when function is complete.
