Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (Hybrid: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote)

Compensation: $55,000 – $63,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Term: 1-Year Maternity Leave Replacement

Advantages
  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with 3 days of remote work and 2 collaborative days in modern offices.
  • Work within a fast-paced, "disruptor" culture where your impact is visible every day.
  • The Ville Saint-Laurent office is easily accessible by public transit and offers free onsite parking.
  • A steady, competitive salary with a reliable weekly pay schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Order Flow: Oversee the full order process to ensure products reach retailers on time and meet their specific delivery rules.
  • Maintain Inventory: Ensure 100% inventory accuracy so products are always ready for major launches.
  • Technical Logistics: Use EDI and retailer portals to coordinate shipping and routing for major B2B accounts.
  • Troubleshoot Delays: Monitor open orders to find and fix shipping issues before they cause delays.
  • Improve Performance: Meet weekly with the Sales team to review delivery data and find ways to improve on-time shipping.
  • Resolve Claims: Investigate shipping penalties (deductions) and file disputes to recover lost revenue.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years in logistics or operations, specifically managing B2B or large-scale retail accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, etc.).
  • "Proactive" Factor: You don't wait for instructions; you identify problems and bring solutions to the table.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory (daily collaboration with U.S. headquarters); intermediate French is required for local operations.
  • Technical Savvy: Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and comfort navigating complex ERP/EDI systems.
  • Resilience: The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of detail in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods environment.
