B2B Account Executive (New Business)

Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready for a new challenge? In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new business in the North American market by selling our comprehensive Membership to executive leaders in HR, Talent, and L&D who value organizational culture and operational excellence. Our offering integrates best-practice research, ready-to-use tools and templates, proprietary survey diagnostics, L&D programs, workshops, and one-on-one advisory support—ensuring HR teams and organizations drive measurable business results.

You’ll Succeed Here If You
  • Have 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Thrive on full-cycle sales, from pipeline creation to closing
  • Embrace coaching, seek feedback, and invest in ongoing professional growth
  • Are intellectually curious about HR’s impact on business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Diligently: Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls / emails daily within strategic cadences.
  • Prepare Thoroughly: Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges.
  • Execute with Value: Leverage our “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.
Qualifications
  • Experience engaging senior executives (HR experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Proven consultative approach focused on delivering tangible business value
  • Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous learning
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
