Overview

Location: Ingersoll, ON | Department: Dot Transportation, Inc. | Reports To: Director of Transportation

Pay Range: $28.00 per hour

Role Summary

Our delivery drivers primarily deliver products to Dot Foods customers and pick up from Dot suppliers. This is an all dock-delivery and pick-up position. No ramps or two-wheel carts. In this position you will:

• Safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Comply with all company, legal and regulatory requirements
• Meet established company goals
• Read and understand driver load paperwork
• Perform other duties as required

Role Specifics

• Work in all weather conditions
• Drive, sit, walk and stand as required by the job
• Perform regular physical activity including lifting up to 25 KG on a regular basis
• Regional job where you will sleep in the truck 2-4 nights per week

Job Requirements

We Need You To Have:

• AZ license with a clean abstract
• Medical examiner certificate
• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English language
• Legally authorized to drive a commercial motor vehicle in the US
• Availability to work flexible schedules and routes including weekends, overnights, early mornings, late nights and holidays
• 6 months driving experience

• Previous driving experience in the greater Ontario area or major metropolitan area
