Responsibilities
  • Support and eventually lead files related to class actions and international arbitration.
  • Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage complex files with increasing autonomy.
  • Plead in French before the courts and support interprovincial matters, including Quebec mandates for the firm’s other offices.
  • Actively contribute to strategy development, client relationship management, and team collaboration.
  • Help foster a positive team culture built on feedback, curiosity, initiative, and sound legal judgment.

Qualifications
