Vancouver Mitsubishi is very excited that after several years of growing our business we have a unique opportunity to hire externally for a new sales associate. Vancouver Mitsubishi, a family-owned dealership with a legacy in luxury used car sales since 2008 through our Company of Cars division, is the 12,000 square foot, indoor flagship showroom for Mitsubishi Motors of Canada. We are currently looking for a Product Specialist with a valid VSA license to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with a seasoned team of automotive professionals. We have a culture that is equal parts collaboration, hard work, and fun!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Assist Customers: Welcome customers warmly and guide them through an enjoyable car-buying journey.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Nurture new and existing customer connections by following up on all leads, staying in touch, and offering support beyond the sale.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Work towards individual and dealership sales targets, promoting Vancouver Mitsubishi's exceptional vehicle offerings.
  • Promote New Business: Expand our customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Showcase Product Knowledge: Continuously improve your knowledge of Mitsubishi and our used luxury vehicles, actively participating in training.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Ensure that customers’ vehicles are prepared and delivered to their satisfaction, explaining all features and warranty details.
