The Church of the Covenant is looking for a tech-savvy and creative Audio-Visual Services Manager to enhance our worship experiences through innovative AV solutions. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about AV technology and production, has a musical background, loves working with people, and thrives in a collaborative, faith-based environment.

As the AV Services Manager, you’ll manage AV equipment, lead live-stream and recorded productions, archive services and events, and train volunteers to support our digital ministry. You’ll also supervise and mentor our team of college student AV assistants, ensuring high- quality and engaging worship experiences for in-person and online audiences.

We’re looking for someone with experience in live audio technology, audio engineering, and production, particularly with classical music. You should be proficient in Dante sound engineering protocols, LogicPro (or similar audio software), and Wirecast (or similar video production software). Familiarity with Mac (primary) and Windows (secondary) operating systems and Google platform tools is essential.
