A leading food company in Ontario, Canada is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to enhance food safety and compliance standards within their facility. Responsibilities include managing supplier complaints, conducting quality process verifications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of applicable experience. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $56,000 to $77,000, and various comprehensive benefits.
Reporting to the Plant FSQRA Manager, you'll support food safety and quality programs within the Quality Department. You'll be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Under guidance of the Plant FSQRA Manager, you'll manage multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen the food safety system.
Pay Range: $56,000-$77,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
