A major shipbuilding company in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking an Associate Project Specialist to enhance supply chain efficiency. This role involves planning strategic initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting documentation processes. We are looking for an Associate Project Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in driving value, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our end‑to‑end operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful supply chain projects.
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, help align best practices, and assist with standardizing processes across programs. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, gaining hands‑on experience in project coordination, change management, and supply chain optimization.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full‑time, in‑office presence.
