Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership to drive platform innovation, solve challenges, and deliver results that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Development Teams:
  • Define clear requirements, write user stories, and manage backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Clarify project goals, remove impediments, and support developers throughout the build process.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support for issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements.
  • Foster a shared vision and purpose across teams.
Project Monitoring & Execution:
  • Oversee project progress across the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and undergo thorough functional and end‑to‑end testing.
  • Document and prioritize technical debt, issues, and fixes while devising plans to address them.
AI for Productivity and Prototyping:
  • Use AI tools to streamline daily workflows (requirements drafting, documentation, meeting summaries, insight generation)
  • Build quick no‑code interactive prototypes to validate ideas or visualize user flows, using AI‑powered design tools such as Figma AI to speed up prototyping
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI to increase team efficiency
  • Ability to evaluate AI‑driven product opportunities and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance user workflows, automation, and rapid prototyping. Examples include Figma Make
Product Roadmap & Strategy:
  • Assist in building and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Proactively identify and implement features to enhance user experiences.
  • Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and executives to refine business requirements and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain high‑quality product documentation for stakeholders, including issue logs, technical fixes, and knowledge bases.
  • Provide visibility through reporting to senior management on project progress and value delivery.
  • Contribute to training materials and process documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor metrics to improve value delivery, product quality, and development efficiency.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the business and the role as we scale.
  • Push boundaries to innovate, improve processes, and drive results.
What We’re Looking For
  • A customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering products that address customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis within an Agile software development environment (internship experience counts).
  • Experience using no‑code or low‑code AI tools for rapid interactive prototyping, concept validation, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to leverage AI assistants for documentation, research, requirement refinement, and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining product roadmaps and ensuring clear, thorough documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and operational needs to technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Located within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and able to work from our Oakville office as part of our hybrid environment.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
  • Familiarity with Kanban and Agile metrics to track progress and optimize workflows.
  • Experience with vendor management and integration.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including designing user flows, wireframes, and UI prototypes (bonus for using AI‑powered design features).
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
