The Role

We are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, and career-oriented Power Systems Professional to support the Director and Manager in people's leadership, resource planning, and project execution. This role also serves as a deputy, assisting with team coordination and operational responsibilities for a defined group of professionals.

Candidates must possess a deep knowledge of power systems analysis. Knowledge of electric utility. Experience in team leadership and project delivery.

Your Impact
  • Assist in capacity planning, project staffing, and team scheduling.
  • Lead onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Support individual performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Help resolve team-level execution issues and coordinate resource reassignments.
  • Review contract specifications and define project requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to the development of training material.
  • Communicate detailed technical and project requirements to internal departments as needed.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and communicate project plans and updates.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to training material development.
  • Provide support for pre-sales activities and assist in resource coordination.
  • Contributes to the execution of process improvement initiatives within the team.
What You'll Need
  • BS (required) from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering including completion of one or more Power Systems courses.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Language requirement: French: A1 (basic) and English level C1 (advanced), the position requires interactions with international clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
  • Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • MS (preferred) degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering.
