• At least five years of retail experience in high volume, dynamic environments.
• Proven leadership and management skills focused on collaboration and problem solving.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to coach and provide feedback.
• Deep knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, personnel management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement programs, procedures and policies to reduce risk and costs.
• Formulate recommendations to the District Manager on merchandise assortment and inventory levels.
