Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to coach and provide feedback.
  • Deep knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, personnel management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations to drive sales, control costs, reduce losses and damages.
  • Recruit, train, and develop associates to ensure they are supported and motivated.
  • Communicate and implement programs, procedures and policies to reduce risk and costs.
  • Formulate recommendations to the District Manager on merchandise assortment and inventory levels.
