A leading university is seeking an Assistant Professor to teach and mentor students in Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI. This tenure-track role involves conducting research, developing course materials, and engaging in university service. The candidate must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and be willing to relocate to Anchorage, Alaska. A competitive salary and full benefits are offered.
As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Business Analytics, you will teach and mentor students in Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI at undergraduate and graduate levels. You will conduct research in these fields, including machine learning, data mining, predictive analytics, large language models, and GenAI, and contribute to the university and community through service. This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track role beginning in August 2026.
This position is located on the University of Alaska Anchorage campus in Anchorage, Alaska. Applicants must be able to relocate to Anchorage, Alaska by the position start date.
This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track faculty position with a competitive salary and full employee benefits.
