Overview
Ready for a career glow-up? As the Assistant Marketing Manager, .CA Retention, you will be responsible for supporting Broadcast campaigns across Email and Mobile Messaging (App Push, SMS) for Sephora Canada’s extensive, dynamic and high-performing retention program. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, .CA Retention, you will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive Sephora Canada sales growth and client retention.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop Broadcast Email strategies (including targeting, content, and cadence)
- Manage asset development, partnering with Campaigns & Content and Merchandising to help promote high-priority assortments
- Manage Email and Mobile calendar upkeep, collaborating closely with Merchandising to ensure accurate SKU information, such as live dates, pricing and more
- Help manage day-to-day subject line optimization efforts to unlock new sales and engagement-driving opportunities
- QA all campaigns to support flawless operational execution for Email and Mobile Messaging; ensure linking strategies, targeting, and content (including product and promotion details) are accurate and error-free across desktop and mobile platforms
- Responsible for delivering on the best client experience and wearing your client centric hat
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Email, Mobile, or Digital Marketing, Retail preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across many diverse teams such as Merchandising, Program Management, and Creative teams.
- Familiarity with Email or Mobile Messaging deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Salesforce, Braze)
- Understanding of Email campaign segmentation strategies and personalization rules
- QA experience, displaying superb attention to detail (you execute projects with a high level of accuracy and enjoy detecting typos, inconsistencies, and more)
- Organizational and project management skills
- High sense of urgency (you are a self-starter with a high degree of motivation)
- French fluency is a plus
