Overview

AutoShack is expanding rapidly and building a leadership pipeline to support long-term growth. We’re hiring a Full-Time Assistant Manager who can confidently support store operations and act as Manager-on-Duty when required. This role is designed for someone who wants to be promotion-ready for a Store Manager position within approximately 18 months, should an opportunity open.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts
  • Lead and coach associates on the sales floor
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Assist with scheduling and coverage planning
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations professionally
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and inventory
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
What We’re Looking For
  • Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience (retail or similar)
  • Experience in a corporate, multi-location environment
  • Comfortable enforcing policies and holding staff accountable
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Interest in growing into a Store Manager role
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance
  • Full-time availability, including weekends
  • Ability to lift and move product up to 40 lbs
