Reporting to your Store Manager, you’ll drive top‑line sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring our brand to life in every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high‑performing team

• Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in‑store demos
• Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• A strong customer‑first mindset and engaging communication style
• Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers

• Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
