A leading retail company in Canada is seeking an experienced team leader to enhance customer experience and drive sales. You will be responsible for coaching a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing store operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and is enthusiastic about athletics.
