Job description

Overview

FLINT is seeking an Apprentice Welder with 2 years' experience for a permanent job in Clairmont, AB starting October 2025.

In this position, you will enjoy a 5-days in and 2-days out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
• Valid ApprenticeWelder certificate/ticket.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • WHMIS
  • Standard First Aid
  • CSO
• Possess the mandatory welding tickets:
  • CWB
  • FCAW
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information
