A leading engineering firm in Canada is seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical support for refrigeration systems, with responsibilities including specification development, CAD work verification, and collaboration with sales teams. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of experience in supermarket application or design. Knowledge in AutoCAD and strong communication skills in both English and French are preferred. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $58,001 to $96,669 based on experience and qualifications.
Provide engineering, estimating and planning services for refrigeration systems, Port‑A‑Pak, Econo‑Pak, coil products, cases and panel products to the branch or distributors, including sales, service, construction, manufacturing and engineering departments to service customers’ needs. To provide accurate refrigeration legends to the Sales/Order Entry Department. Provide additional training for new engineers in the areas of Application Engineering.

The salary or hourly range of $58,001 – $96,669 is just one component of Hussmann’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
