Job Title: Application Developer - Intermediate

Location: Remote (Onsite for meetings only)

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Must-Have

• 5 years experience developing multi-user, n-tier, Object Oriented, Web Services, JSON REST API applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, or Visual Studio.
• 5 years experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5 years experience in application maintenance and development including writing, modifying, integrating, testing, and documenting software code.
• 5 years experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting applications in a controlled production environment.
• 5 years experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server.
• 5 years experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• 3 years experience working in a Government development environment or in an environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.

Nice to Have

• 3 years experience and technical knowledge using ASP.NET MVC (Model View Controller).
• 3 years experience developing and maintaining applications that use Oracle Database 19c.
• 4 years experience developing and maintaining web services, JSON REST API, and message queuing services using .NET C#.
• 3 years experience using version-controlling tools such as Tortoise GIT, Tortoise SVN, Version Manager, and MS Azure DevOps.
