What are your contributions to the team?
  • Plan in a detailed and realistic approach the deployment of standard Quality processes in all Bombardier sites.
  • Develop communication, change management and risks mitigation plans based on a solid understanding of the differences between sites.
  • Define metrics and control systems that facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision making and action.
  • Plan workshops, map processes, generate training materials and support the sessions.
  • Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain the best practices.
  • Act as a coordinator to ensure ownership and follow-up of issues by stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead weekly meetings to present progress, and performance to management.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
  • You hold a degree and have at least five (5) years of experience in the field of engineering, operations management or any other relevant field or experience.
  • You have a background in project management.
  • You have a background in the deployment of IT tools (an asset).
  • You have experience in the aviation industry or in a highly regulated field (an asset).
  • You have a talent for simplifying and synthesizing complex information while adapting it to your audience, both in writing and verbally.
  • You work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and at the office.
  • You can work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.
  • You have a facility for creating partnerships and developing business relationships.
  • You are dynamic, open-minded and have a sense of initiative.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • You have good skills in developing dashboards (Ex.: Microsoft Power BI).
  • You speak English and French. (Spanish an asset)
