Responsibilities include:

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients
  • Coordinate and follow up on orders
  • Understand your clients' needs and priorities
  • Maintain clear and effective communication at various hierarchical levels within the organization
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Conduct quarterly Program Review Meetings (PMRs) with clients
  • Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects and client requests
  • Support the resolution of various technical issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Prepare proposals based on predefined guidelines
  • Develop your network of internal and industry contacts
  • Gather client feedback on potential improvements and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage commercial agreements with the client
  • Contribute to the development of the SOS STL sales budget and be responsible for achieving results
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

To succeed, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in either engineering, finance, management, business administration, or a related field; Project Management or an MBA is an asset
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the business or commercial aircraft industry, aeronautics, or a closely related industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to align and guide key partners
  • Results-oriented and demonstrate leadership
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Able to work closely with colleagues from various internal departments
  • Experience preparing executive presentations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Articulate and persuasive with strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
