Responsibilities include:
- Be the main point of contact for our clients
- Coordinate and follow up on orders
- Understand your clients' needs and priorities
- Maintain clear and effective communication at various hierarchical levels within the organization
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct quarterly Program Review Meetings (PMRs) with clients
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects and client requests
- Support the resolution of various technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Prepare proposals based on predefined guidelines
- Develop your network of internal and industry contacts
- Gather client feedback on potential improvements and develop new business opportunities
- Manage commercial agreements with the client
- Contribute to the development of the SOS STL sales budget and be responsible for achieving results
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
To succeed, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in either engineering, finance, management, business administration, or a related field; Project Management or an MBA is an asset
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, finance, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the business or commercial aircraft industry, aeronautics, or a closely related industry
- Strong project management skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to align and guide key partners
- Results-oriented and demonstrate leadership
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Able to work closely with colleagues from various internal departments
- Experience preparing executive presentations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Articulate and persuasive with strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
