Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers during flights.

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by adhering to aviation safety protocols.

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.

• Demonstrate safety procedures and assist passengers in emergency situations.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

• Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers.

• Maintain a clean, organized cabin environment throughout the journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly personality.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Experience
