Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

• Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers.

• Maintain a clean, organized cabin environment throughout the journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
