As a key early growth team member, you'll own and run high-velocity growth experiments across inbound, outbound, partner, and product-led strategies. Working closely with sales, product, marketing, and data science, you'll push the boundaries of scalable customer acquisition and optimize funnel performance. >

What You'll Do

  • Lead rapid experimentation across inbound, outbound, partner, and product-led growth (PLG) channels
  • Own ideation, execution, and optimization of high-velocity growth experiments
  • Manage paid media campaigns with focus on testing and performance optimization
  • Use the company's own platform for lead generation and provide actionable feedback
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Develop value-driven lead magnets to accelerate pipeline conversion
  • Analyze data to validate hypotheses and prioritize next-step experiments

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI startups
  • Proven track record running fast-paced growth experiments across multiple channels
  • Data-driven and hypothesis-oriented approach to testing and optimization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, and paid media platforms
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in scrappy startup environments
  • Understanding of AI / ML products and ability to communicate their value
