Position Overview

This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements for AI-driven solutions, ensuring user-centric design and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Apply technical expertise and business acumen to write clear, concise stories in collaboration with UX designers and engineering teams.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and evolving requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development cycle.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI and automation, incorporating considerations for data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
  • Define and analyze metrics that ensure the success of the release of products and features (KPIs and OKRs) specifically user adoption, business impact, and monitor their performance post-launch.
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle, validating that delivered functionality meets user stories and business goals.
  • Regularly communicate changes to technical and business decisions within the project.
  • Report significant changes, resource needs, obstacles and risks to the project manager for recommendations and approvals.
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skillset :

  • 3-5 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments within a software development firm.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience supporting call center tools, including agent assist, knowledge management (KM) tools, Info Assist, chat apps, and device guides.
  • Experience in CEX and contact drivers in the context of customer support centers.
  • Ability to support the POS (point of sale) system.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, running them through squads, and drafting technical specifications.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguous situations, driving clarity and focus, setting priorities, and converting ideas into action.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.
