We’re working with a fast-growing fintech startup that’s redefining how small businesses and accounting firms manage their financial operations. Their AI-driven platform eliminates manual bookkeeping workflows, enabling accountants and business owners to focus on what matters instead of administrative tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and own the complete partner success playbook for accounting firms—from onboarding to activation to expansion.
- Guide partners as they redesign their workflows to become AI-native, serving as both strategist and product expert.
- Work cross-functionally across CX, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to deliver a world-class partner experience.
- Support partners through trial, activation, workflow adoption, and long-term expansion.
- Serve as the voice of the accountant—turning partner insights into clear, structured feedback for internal teams.
- Track and optimize key metrics such as activation rates, engagement, expansion velocity, and pipeline growth.
- Help build the GTM function from 0→1, with opportunities to mentor, hire, and shape future partner success teams.
What you’ll need:
- 3–8+ years of experience managing relationships, building processes, or growing accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in accounting or finance (CPA or Accounting degree preferred).
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth startups; comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with technical or analytical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to building a scalable GTM foundation.
- Bonus: Experience as a founder, self‑employed professional, or working closely with accounting firms.

$180,000 - $235,000 a year
Salary Range above is salary + commission with opportunity to exceed. You'll also receive meaningful equity in an early-stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience.
