Location: Toronto, ON, On-site, 5 days per week

Job Type: Contract, full-time hours

Your Responsibilities
  • You will clarify AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction, and produce executive-ready briefs and decks.
  • You will define KPIs, benefits realization plans, and success measures for AI initiatives.
  • In this role, you will design intake workflows, prioritization frameworks, and feedback loops to speed decisions.
  • You will establish criteria to evaluate and rank AI use cases, aligned to risk, value, and readiness.
  • You will partner with data, privacy, security, and policy teams to ensure compliance and quality.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive BA or strategy experience, including AI or advanced analytics programs.
  • Proven strength in executive facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and story-driven documentation.
  • Data literacy to define requirements, assess quality, and address privacy and governance needs.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, user stories, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria for AI features.
  • Nice to have, experience with public sector policy, vendor assessments, and readiness training.
