Job summary

A leading Cybersecurity firm is seeking an Agile Coach to lead enterprise-scale Agile transformations and coach various teams on Lean-Agile principles. This role requires over 5 years of Agile coaching experience and a strong background in frameworks like Scrum and SAFe. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, engaging with high-profile initiatives within a dynamic organization. Candidates with advanced expertise in SAFe and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
  • 10+ years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid models).
  • Proven success in coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
  • Advanced expertise in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
  • Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coach teams, leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business partners on Lean-Agile principles.
  • Lead enterprise-scale Agile transformations and guide teams transitioning from Waterfall to Lean-Agile frameworks.
  • Partner with Release Train Engineers to launch and support new Agile Release Trains.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, backlog prioritization, metrics, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Create Agile training materials and deliver workshops to enhance Agile practices.
