A leading professional services firm in Montreal is seeking an experienced strategic leader to drive digital transformation projects focused on AI. This role involves defining and overseeing the vision for AI integration, while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions. Ideal candidates have significant experience in agentic AI, software development, and strong communication skills. We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about technical challenges to lead data-driven and AI-focused digital transformation projects, with a particular emphasis on the development and integration of agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in agentic AI, hands-on experience in planning, designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions, and strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present complex strategic topics to a diverse range of stakeholders located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
